Account information: name, email, business name, and business details you enter during setup.
Payment information: processed by Base44 payments powered by WIX; we do not store your card number.
Usage data: pages visited and features used, collected to improve the product.
How we use your information
To provide and improve the CommsUp service.
To send account and billing communications.
To respond to support requests.
Data sharing
We DO NOT sell your information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate CommsUp (such as WIX and Base44), and only as needed to provide the service.
Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and for 30 days after cancellation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting al@commsuphq.com.
