Service description
CommsUp drafts Google Business Profile content — descriptions, review replies, and posts — for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is posted publicly. CommsUp does not post content on your behalf.
No ranking guarantee
CommsUp does not guarantee improved search rankings, call volume, or business outcomes. Local search rankings depend on factors outside our control.
Billing and cancellation
CommsUp is billed at $49 per month. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, and content you have already posted remains live.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CommsUp-drafted content in a way that is false, misleading, or that violates Google’s Business Profile guidelines or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
CommsUp is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use of CommsUp after changes constitutes acceptance.
